1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using any services provided by Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church, including but not limited to attending events, participating in programs, or visiting the premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conduct: All individuals are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while on the premises of Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions deemed inappropriate by church staff may result in expulsion from the premises and further disciplinary action.

3. Liability: Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property that occurs on its premises, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by negligence on the part of the church.

4. Use of Facilities: Any individual or organization seeking to use the facilities of Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church must obtain prior approval from church administration. Approval is subject to availability and compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

5. Privacy: Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church respects the privacy of its members and visitors. Personal information collected by the church will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
